Inspecting before the first storms means we can catch and repair weak spots, missing tiles, sealant cracks, or flashing issues while the weather's still calm. Waiting until July, when storms are already rolling through, often turns a small repair into a leak emergency. A pre-monsoon inspection takes about an hour and gives you a clear picture of where your roof stands.
