Contact & scheduling questions.

What to expect after you reach out.

01

What happens after I submit the form?

We get a notification immediately. Someone calls you back within 24 hours, often much sooner during business hours. If you indicated 'urgent / active leak,' we prioritize the callback.

02

Is the drone inspection actually free?

Free when it's part of quoting repair or replacement work. Standalone inspections (insurance documentation, real estate, peace of mind) are a flat-rate service. If you move forward with work after a paid inspection, we credit the cost back.

03

What's your service area?

The Tucson metro and surrounding Pima County — Tucson, Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, Tanque Verde, Green Valley, Casas Adobes, Drexel Heights, Corona de Tucson, and Catalina. We also do federal work at Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista AFB, and the Tucson VA.

04

Can I just call instead of using the form?

Yes — calling is often faster, especially during business hours (Mon–Fri 7am–5pm Arizona time). (520) 273-5626. Form is best for non-urgent inquiries or when you want to send details ahead.

05

Do you respond on weekends?

Saturday by appointment for inspections and emergency tarps; Sunday we're closed. Form submissions over the weekend get answered Monday morning. For active leaks during a weekend monsoon, call — we'll get to it.

06

How do you handle insurance claims?

We document with drone footage and a written assessment that adjusters at State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, and most major Arizona insurers accept routinely. We work directly with your adjuster — you don't have to be the middleman.

07

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — Arizona ROC licensed, bonded, and insured. License verifiable at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website (azroc.gov).

Easiest way: just call.

Free drone inspection. Honest assessment. No pressure.
