Terms

Terms of service.

Last updated May 9, 2026

These terms cover what you can expect from us — and what we expect from you — when you use this website or request a quote through it. They don’t replace the signed contract that governs any actual roofing work; that document controls the job itself.

01 — Accepting these terms

By using coronadoroofing.com, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms apply to anyone who visits, browses, or submits a form on the site.

02 — Using this website

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You won’t:

  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Try to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access areas not intended for the public
  • Use the site to send spam, harvest contact information, or run automated bots
  • Impersonate someone else or submit a quote request on another property without the owner’s permission

03 — Quote requests and lead forms

Submitting a form on this site is a request for a conversation, not a contract. We’ll typically reach out within 24 hours during business days (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm Arizona time).

By submitting a phone number or email, you’re consenting to be contacted about your roofing inquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying “stop” to a text, asking us on a call, or emailing ecoronado66@gmail.com.

04 — Estimates vs. signed contracts

Verbal quotes, ballpark numbers, and written estimates from a drone inspection are not contracts. They’re an informed starting point. The actual work scope, price, timeline, materials, warranty terms, and payment schedule are set in a written contract that both parties sign before we mobilize. If anything in this site or in a quote conflicts with what’s in your signed contract, the contract controls.

05 — Information on this site

We try to keep everything on the site accurate — pricing ranges, material descriptions, service-area coverage, HOA notes, project examples. Roofing is a region-specific trade and conditions change; what’s written here is a general guide, not a promise about your specific roof. The only authoritative information about your project is what we provide in writing after we look at it.

Photographs of completed work are real projects. Before/after images are not retouched in ways that misrepresent the work.

06 — Intellectual property

The site’s design, copy, photographs, logo, and other original content are owned by Coronado Roofing or used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to pages on this site. You may not republish our written copy or photographs on another commercial site or in advertising without written permission.

07 — Third-party links and tools

We sometimes link to third-party sites — manufacturer pages, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, weather services, review platforms. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

08 — Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We don’t warrant that information here is complete, current, or appropriate for any particular purpose. Nothing on this site is a substitute for an on-site inspection or written estimate from a licensed roofer.

09 — Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Arizona law, Coronado Roofing isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website — for example, reliance on pricing ranges shown here, or business losses you claim from a delayed quote response. Our liability for any claim related to actual roofing work is governed by the signed contract for that work, not these site terms.

10 — Indemnification

If you violate these terms or use the site in a way that causes a third party to make a claim against us (for example, submitting another person’s information without permission, or scraping the site at scale), you’ll cover the reasonable costs and legal fees we incur in responding to that claim.

11 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Coronado Roofing is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Disputes about actual roofing work performed are subject to the contract for that work and to ROC complaint procedures where applicable.

12 — Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
